The Karani Way
At Karani, we believe that every individual is the subject matter expert of their context and lived experience. That is why the way we work is guided by Garrison’s Model of Self-Directed Learning, which encourages adults to take ownership over their individual learning process to become self-motivating and self-managing.

The Karani Faculty of Educators are here to help navigate this process through customised, and integrated peer-to-peer and/or one-on-one interventions focused on holistic leadership development, that cares about the individual, their context, and the professional and/or entrepreneurial environment in which they learn and develop.
Join Our Faculty
We look for candidates who are present, attentive, empathic, and active listeners. Faculty members need to take the time to understand each individual’s story and then adapt their own skills, expertise and experiences to respond to these individual and group needs.
